Booking information
Reserve online. Pay at the ticket box.
Adults aged 13 and over: €26. Children aged 3–12: €16. Children under 3 enter free. Include everyone in your booking so we can allocate enough space. Celebration packages and extras are additional to admission.
Your arrival
Please arrive by 20:30. Your reservation is held until then. The show starts at 21:00 and lasts approximately 60 minutes. Keep your reservation reference and present it at the ticket box. Free parking is behind the venue, behind McDonald’s.
Celebrations and private events
Packages, extras and Platinum seating arrangements require confirmation by our coordinator. Transfers are quoted separately. A private-event enquiry does not reserve the venue or confirm a performance. There is no public show on Sundays.
Changes or cancellations
Contact the ticket team on +357 99 388 230 or info@magicdancingwaters.com with your reservation reference. Tell us as soon as your plans change so we can help and release any tables you no longer need.
Comfort and accessibility
All tables on Platform 3 are wheelchair accessible. The front rows may catch water spray, especially when it is windy. The show includes intense light and laser effects, loud sound, smoke and real flames. Contact us with any access or sensory questions before your visit.
