Information for your reservation

We collect the contact details, guest numbers, show date and tables you enter to arrange your visit. If you request a celebration, we also store your selected extras and personal message. Hotel details and additional notes are optional. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your notes.

How we use it

The Magic Dancing Waters office uses this information to manage reservations, answer enquiries, arrange requested services and contact you about your visit. Confirmation emails are sent through Microsoft 365. Your booking details are not a subscription to marketing emails.

Website storage and outside services

Essential cookies support staff sign-in and temporary table holds. Your language and motion preferences may be remembered on your device. The embedded Google map loads only when you request it. Google and other external services have their own privacy policies when you follow their links.

Short-lived hashed request counters help prevent automated abuse. Staff reservation changes are logged for accountability.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, we measure page visits, booking steps, errors, section clicks and scroll depth to improve the website. Reports use a random session identifier, device category, language and broad traffic source. They exclude contact details, form contents, booking references and personal laser messages. Staff visits are excluded.

Our journey reports cover 30 days; older events are removed when new events arrive. If Google Analytics is connected, consented events are also sent to Google, which processes technical connection data under its own privacy policy. You can decline or withdraw consent using Privacy settings. Booking remains available without analytics. Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session replay after you accept analytics. All replay text is masked. Staff and private pages are excluded. Microsoft processes technical visit data under its privacy policy.

Optional advertising cookies

Choosing Allow all also permits Meta Pixel and Google advertising cookies. These services process technical visit information and identifiers to measure advertising and show reminders to consenting visitors. We send public page visits, booking starts and reservation confirmations with the website language. We do not send your name, email, phone, booking reference, form contents or payment information as event parameters. Automatic Meta event collection and advanced matching are not enabled. A reservation is not reported as a paid purchase.

Choosing Allow essentials or Allow analytics only declines advertising cookies. You can withdraw permission using Privacy settings. Existing analytics permission alone does not grant advertising permission. Advertising services may match technical identifiers with their own accounts, subject to their privacy policies.

Questions about your information

To request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or ask about retention and the services used to process it, contact info@magicdancingwaters.com. Some records may need to be retained for applicable accounting or legal obligations. You can also raise a concern with the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
